Returns and refunds
How to return unopened jars within 14 days and how refunds are paid.
Can I return my order?
Yes — unopened jars can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Opened, used or unsealed jars can't be refunded, and requests after 14 days can't be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Email mike@josemadridsalsa.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
You do. Return shipping and handling is non-refundable, and we recommend a trackable method — we can't refund items that never reach us.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the unopened jars, we refund the original payment method. Return shipping costs aren't included in the refund.
